The application process is a simple 5 step.
1. You must be a SMALL business by this definition: 1. A start up ($0 - $20,000 worth of revenue.)
2. Donate $1
3. Email us copies of any bank loan refusal statements. (All critical information such as EIN, TIN, or SS may be blacked out) this is our proof that you have tried other avenues.
4. Send us a 1 page summary describing what your business is, and what your plan for the "Gift" is.
5. Send us a 1 page summary describing you personally. (Your family etc.)
That's it! We will review your application in as timely an order as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
After your application has been approved you will have to send us a picture of your business/family that we may post on our webpages and please, please, please donate!
